Krista Spicher // Owner, Chiropractor, Coach

Dr. Krista graduated from Penn State University with her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology-Athletic Training.  She then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic-Florida, where she graduated as a Chiropractic Physician.  Krista is an Active Release Techniques® Certified Provider.   

Along with Chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and nutrition, Krista focuses on functional assessment and rehabilitation, specifically for athletes, injury prevention and sports related injuries.  She has experience working with various sports, including powerlifting, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, football, basketball, baseball, wrestling, tennis, rugby, and volleyball.

Dr. Krista is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and USA Powerlifting certified club coach.   She also competes in powerlifting at the local and national level.  

In her free time, Dr. Krista enjoys hanging out with her husband and dog, traveling, powerlifting,  doing jiu jitsu and  is an avid sports fan.

Iryna Kadol // Massage Therapist

Iryna graduated from Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, NC in 2006. After graduation she worked at Le Paris Spa and later joined The Innovation Salon team, all while working on staff as the massage therapist for Sarant Dentistry .  Since 2012 Iryna has been working part-time while taking care of her daughter. 

 

Iryna's work is a combination of several different modalities, providing a massage that is therapeutic and relaxing at the same time.  Her techniques range from deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and Swedish massage.  She combines these techniques into her own effective style and each session is individually tailored to meet the client's needs.  Her work is deep and specific, delivered with a nurturing touch.  

Iryna is a strong supporter of self-care.  Her other passions include yoga, Argentine tango, traveling and a lot of reading.
