Krista Spicher // Owner, Chiropractor, Coach
Dr. Krista graduated from Penn State University with her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology-Athletic Training. She then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic-Florida, where she graduated as a Chiropractic Physician. Krista is an Active Release Techniques® Certified Provider.
Along with Chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and nutrition, Krista focuses on functional assessment and rehabilitation, specifically for athletes, injury prevention and sports related injuries. She has experience working with various sports, including powerlifting, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, football, basketball, baseball, wrestling, tennis, rugby, and volleyball.
Dr. Krista is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and USA Powerlifting certified club coach. She also competes in powerlifting at the local and national level.
In her free time, Dr. Krista enjoys hanging out with her husband and dog, traveling, powerlifting, doing jiu jitsu and is an avid sports fan.
Stewart Peters // Chiropractor
Dr. Stewart Peters is a proud father of two wonderful children, Sydney and Gunnar Peters. Dr. Stew received his Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University in Health Science, specifically Rehabilitation Biomechanics and Occupational Therapy. He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic for graduate school and is a Chiropractic Physician with Next Level Performance and Wellness, a Durham based company that provides Chiropractic treatment, therapeutics, and counseling services to assist people of all ages and abilities achieve their health and wellness goals using his nutrition and physical medicine education.
Dr. Stew served as a U.S. Marine for 8 years where he had his first experience with functional fitness and nutrition for performance and health. He was put in charge of his platoon's physical fitness regimen and was responsible for keeping his men physically capable for the rigors of combat.
Dr. Stew uses his Marine and educational experiences, including CrossFit, to hone his own skills in weightlifting, gymnastics, and mono-structural exercise, as well as, assist others with improving their physical skills. He also has his first-degree black belt in Kempo Karate under Professor Martin Buell with Universal Kempo-Karate Schools Hawaii. Dr. Stew continues to educate himself on the newest techniques in Chiropractic, Acupuncture, soft-tissue mobilization, rehabilitative exercise, nutritional weight management, and lifestyle modifications and ergonomics.
