

Krista Spicher // Owner, Chiropractor, Coach
Dr. Krista graduated from Penn State University with her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology-Athletic Training. She then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic-Florida, where she graduated as a Chiropractic Physician. Krista is an Active Release Techniques® Certified Provider.
Along with Chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and nutrition, Krista focuses on functional assessment and rehabilitation, specifically for athletes, injury prevention and sports related injuries. She has experience working with various sports, including powerlifting, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, football, basketball, baseball, wrestling, tennis, rugby, and volleyball.
Dr. Krista is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and USA Powerlifting certified club coach. She also competes in powerlifting at the local and national level.
In her free time, Dr. Krista enjoys hanging out with her husband and dog, traveling, powerlifting, doing jiu jitsu and is an avid sports fan.

Hayley Ware // Massage Therapist
2023 IndyWeek “Best Massage Therapist” Finalist, Hayley graduated from Carolina Massage Institute in 2021, and has since received advanced level barefoot massage training from the Center of Barefoot Massage, as well as become a certified TMJ Massage Therapies®️ Practitioner.
Utilizing her B.A. in Dance from Hollins University, she combines a strong knowledge of anatomy mixed with a dancer’s intuition to help unwind her clients' bodies. She blends a mixture of deep tissue barefoot massage, myofascial work, cupping, and trigger point therapies to help relieve your unique tissue issues. She has experience working with a variety of sports including; Running, Cycling, Jiu-Jitsu, Volleyball, Soccer, Tennis, Football, Dance, and Circus arts.
